Viking Hut
3D Real-Time Environment
Excited to share my very first real-time environment, created by following one of the 3D Tudor tutorials and rendered in Unreal Engine 5. I modelled the hut, the boat, and a few extra objects, then created the landscape in UE5. I was using landscape and foliage painting techniques and Quixel Megascans collection to populate the scene. I also went outside of the tutorial and made a blueprint for the boat (to make it float) and added fog using the EasyFog plug-in. I spent a lot of time tweaking cameras and settings to achieve a cinematic look. Overall, I'm pleased with the result and I learned A LOT about Unreal Engine. I'm looking forward to starting another project to use all my new knowledge.

Handpainted 3D character
One of my personal works that was inspired by a beautiful illustration by Lina Kit. I wanted to create a fully hand-painted model with multiple texture sets and go through all the stages to produce a game-ready 3D character (without rigging). I started in Blender, blocking out the basic shapes using Lina Kit's concept art as a reference. Then I moved to ZBrush and sculpted everything. I decided to use dynamesh for most of the shapes as I wanted to experiment more with sculpting and not rely on my initial blocking-out topology. When I was happy with the high poly, I did manual retopology in Maya and separated the model into three parts. I used RizomUV to create UVs for every part. I then baked all main maps in Marmoset - I really like how easy it’s to manually adjust the cage for each object and generally prefer it to Painter for its cleaner results. After baking, I set up the low-poly model in Substance Painter, assigned all the maps, and created a base for hand-painting using smart masks, generators, and baked everything onto albedo map. For the final step, I imported textures from Substance into 3D-Coat and hand-painted all details. I used Cycles in Blender for all preview renders.
This personal project was inspired by Ilka Hesche's beautiful concept art https://www.artstation.com/artwork/ba3Vbk. My main goal was to practice baking sculpted flowers and leaves onto planes and creating a low poly model with all the details from a high poly.
It was a fun little project ☺️🌿

3D Environment
One of my personal project I've been working on in my spare time to practice Maya and Arnold workflows. Ive learned a lot working on this and it was really fun! Besides the bottles all models and materials were made by me. I used Substances Painter, RizomUV and ZBrush as well as Maya.
The bottles I downloaded from there: sketchfab
Everything was rendered in Arnold and I also used Photoshop for post processing.
